What does Classic Properties do? Classic Properties purchases and develops real estate for residential homes and condominiums. Classic Properties coordinates the construction of the subdivision infrastructure and completes the site development of each community. Our preferred builders will then market homes or condominiums to prospective homebuyers.

Does Classic Properties do any commercial or industrial development? Classic Properties currently specializes solely in residential land use development.
Do you rent, lease or build houses, apartments or condominiums? Classic Properties does not build, rent or lease any houses, apartments or condominiums.
I am interested in purchasing a lot in one of your developments, who do I contact? If you know the community project name, please review the Web site for a list of the preferred builders in that community. Please contact our office for more information on these
sites.
I do not understand or have questions about my Homeowners' Association document, who can help me interpret it? Please call the property management company which is responsible for management of your HOA. They will help you find an answer to your question if it involves the interpretation of the Homeowners' Association document. These documents include some very important information that each and
every homeowner should be aware of. When contacting, please make sure to specify which community you live in. If your community does not have a HOA, please contact Classic Properties at (513) 683-4300.
Where can I get a copy of my Homeowners' Association document? Your builder is responsible for providing each homeowner with a copy of the community Homeowners' Association documents. If you were not given a copy, please contact your builder for a copy. The property management company will provide a replacement copy for a small charge to cover copying and mailing expenses.
I live in a Classic Properties community, who do I contact regarding homeowner issues? Please contact the management company responsible. They will help you find an answer to your question if it involves a Homeowners' Association issue. Please make sure to specifiy which community you live in.
I live in a Classic Properties community, who do I contact regarding the construction of my house? Please contact your builder to discuss any questions or concerns you may have regarding the construction of your house.
I am interested in selling my property to Classic Properties, whom do I contact? Classic Properties would be happy to talk to you about purchasing your property.
